Wouldn't recommend it..

If you wanna work somewhere in a great area with nice colleagues and quite a bit of free time, Skischule Söll is the place to go. Those are basically the only good things though. The accommodation is alright, depending on where in the village they put you. The skischool uniform looks okay, but if you have an older jacket, its really cold. On top of that, if you are a snowboard instructor, you need to wear your own pants.. The training is once a week for about 45 minutes, and could be better as well. Then about the wage and the working hours.. they're shit. They pay you for four hours a day, five days a week, but in reality it takes more of your time then just those four hours, there's quite a lot of stuff they expect you to do without paying you for it. Then once every few weekends they want you to be on call for private lessons, paying less than 10 euros an hour(while the student pays 63 euros an hour). You have to be available the whole weekend so you can't do much skiing/snowboarding for yourself and then if you don't get called, you don't get paid. On top of that, the boss of the skischool is a human form of mr. Krabbs, he'll do anything to pay you as little as possible without telling you anything about it.
I worked at the skischool for a season as a snowboard instructor, and i am for sure not coming back.(though as bad as i might make it sound, because of my colleagues i did have a really awesome season.)
