Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information and credit card information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, downloads / purchases the mobile application, registers on the site, places an order, filling out a form, responds to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site or Application(s) anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site or Application. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, device ID, IP address, the way you use the Application, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Subscriptions

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application and turn off auto-renewal.

Web browser cookies

Our Site or Application may use "cookies" to enhance User experience. User's web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

GEOlocation

When you visit our Application(s) or Site, we may use geolocation or GPS location (or other similar technology) to determine and store your current location with, but not limited, province, address, city, country data. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set below, you should turn off the location services in listing or account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

By granting the Site or App access to any social network accounts (Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other), you understand that it will access, make available and store (if applicable) any text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, information or other materials that you have provided to and stored within your social network account so that it is available on and through the website and services via your Site or App account. Depending on the social network accounts you choose, and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such social network accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your social network accounts will be available on and through your Site or App account or it's services. Snowinstructors.info does not allow any child under the age of 16 to make any purchase on its Site, Google Play, Windows App Store or iTunes. Electronic newsletters

On account creation a User will be automatically subscribed to our mailing list. You are also offered to opt-in to our Newsletter in various interactions on our website. Opt-out is possible at any time in your personal account environment or through a unsubscribe link in the newsletter sent. Subscribers will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site / Application(s) activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys.
